Understanding Dress Patterns - Colchester

A three-hour sewing class at Franklins in Colchester teaching how to read, choose, alter and cut out dress patterns.

This in-person class at Franklins covers the essentials of working with dress patterns, including choosing the right pattern for your shape and size and altering it to fit. The tutor demonstrates how to correctly lay out and cut out a pattern, and attendees are welcome to bring their own puzzling patterns along. Materials, tea and coffee are provided; the class is suitable for everyone aged 18 and over and lasts three hours.
