Contemporary Ballet (DSL)

A bi-weekly adult ballet class blending traditional ballet technique with contemporary movement, taught by former professional dancer Maddie.

This improvers+ adult class combines classical ballet foundations with contemporary dance, working through barre exercises set to pop and unexpected music before building into a fluid, expressive contemporary ballet amalgamation. Floorwork may be included, so participants are asked to bring socks, dance trousers and a t-shirt. Sessions run bi-weekly on Thursday evenings in Studio 3 and must be booked in advance.
