Minerva Romay explores the Regent’s Canal’s industrial heritage, adaptive reuse and the social effects of waterside regeneration.
The linear route finishes near Bethnal Green. Allow two and a half hours on canal towpaths, with a short comfort break if needed; bring water and weather-appropriate clothing.
