SE Fitness runs this social running club through Sutton Park, meeting at Wyndley Leisure Centre. Sessions take place on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday mornings and evenings, with separate groups for each pace from Couch to 5k beginners up to 8 minutes per mile. Participants can join online or complete a form on the day.
