Ghost in the Library

A daily half-term talk at the Yorkshire Museum about the ghost said to haunt its library, meeting in the library itself.

Visitors can hear the chilling tale of Edward Wooler, whose ghost is said to haunt the Yorkshire Museum's library, including strange eyewitness accounts of a book that mysteriously falls from its shelf. The talk invites audiences to decide for themselves whether the library is home to a ghost. Sessions run at 1pm and 2pm daily during opening hours throughout the October half term, meeting in the Yorkshire Museum library.
