Encounter Meditation

An in-person evening meditation retreat with live music, art, silence and reflection, facilitated by Mary Flitcroft and Helen Stanton.

Encounter Meditation is an hour-and-a-half evening session offering a break from the busyness of modern life. Each session opens with a piece of live music or artwork, followed by reflection, silence and meditation, and closes with refreshments and conversation. Facilitated by contemplative practitioners Mary Flitcroft and Helen Stanton, the sessions welcome both newcomers and those experienced in contemplative practice, with no prior knowledge of art, music or meditation required.
