Water colour class with Rachel Williams

A morning watercolour class for all abilities with artist and teacher Rachel Williams.

Rachel Williams, a practising artist and teacher of many years, leads a watercolour class suitable for all abilities, with beginners especially welcome. She teaches colour mixing, tone, composition and drawing, along with watercolour techniques, and also advises on brushes and paper, with chances to try charcoal, pastel or ink. Students work from photographs and still life, with an emphasis on free expression and enjoyment, and materials can be supplied initially. The session runs from 9:30 to 12:30 with a coffee, tea and biscuit break halfway through.
