YouthLab: Stand-Up Comedy (ages 12-17)

A two-day half-term stand-up comedy workshop for ages 12-17 at the North Wall Arts Centre's Drama Studio.

This two-day YouthLab course runs from 1pm to 4pm each day in the Drama Studio at The North Wall, and participants must book for both days. Young people aged 12-17 learn about different types of stand-up comedy routines and how to write them, create opening lines and snippets for their own comedy sets, and practise improvisation. The workshop is described as a welcoming, inclusive space where participants work alongside industry professionals, with DBS-checked facilitators and full bursary places available.
