Relaxed Skate Sessions

Reduced-capacity skating sessions lower music levels and provide a quieter rink and indoor chill-out space. Location within Somerset House: Edmond J. Safra Fountain Court. Four exact date/time sessions listed in season-specific official page; generic intro says weekday mornings but explicit dates include Sundays and are preserved. Reduced-capacity/sensory delivery materially differs from general Skate; price unknown.

Only wheelchair users and companions may attend these dedicated sessions, and manual wheelchairs are permitted and electric wheelchairs must be switched to manual mode on the ice. Telephone booking is required. The dedicated page lists adults £19 and children £12.50, plus a £1.50 booking fee; these conditions apply to those dedicated sessions and do not establish prices for the other relaxed sessions. General relaxed sessions retain reduced capacity and lower music levels and their four original45minute intervals. Source: https://www.somersethouse.org.uk/wheelchair-user-skate
