Film Screening: Out Laws + Q&A

Waltham Forest Cinema Project presents a Q&A screening of the documentary Out Laws, which follows three activists — Friedel Dausab in Namibia, Raven Gill in Barbados and Rosanna Flamer-Caldera in Sri Lanka — fighting to repeal exported colonial-era anti-LGBT legislation in their home countries. Director James Lewis joins afterwards to discuss the film and how colonial laws can be dismantled. The event runs from 19:30 to 22:00.
