Meet Santa at London Zoo

Families join Christmas crafts and meet Santa in London Zoo’s grotto, with a gift for participating ticket holders.

Standard and relaxed sessions offer the grotto experience; priority versions are discounted on selected dates for Gold Members, Fellows and Patrons. Optional penguin-feed versions add supervised fish feeding via a tube and a short zoo tour, with minimum age 3 and no seafood allergy. Standard duration is approximately 30 minutes and feed versions approximately 1 hour; exact sessions and variant dates are unavailable behind the booking challenge. The published 21 November–24 December envelope is retained at date-range precision, not invented daily slots. No VIP breakfast runs in 2026. A zoo admission ticket or membership is additionally required, and adults must be included in bookings. Santa is a character, with actor identity unannounced.
