This screening features the 1987 movie of Prince's summer tour, which took place at the Rotterdam Music Hall. The film showcases Prince and his band performing 13 numbers, 11 of which are from the album “Sign ‘o’ the Times.” The production is high energy, featuring neon signs and vignettes of street life, with three women—Sheila E, Boni Boyer, and Cat—providing rhythmic and vocal support.
