A family pumpkin trail through Strid Wood at Bolton Abbey, following giant pumpkins and collecting clues from mystery boxes to solve a puzzle.
The Pumpkin Trail returns to Bolton Abbey, inviting families to navigate Strid Wood via the green trail from the Cavendish Shop to the Strid. Along the route, participants follow giant pumpkins and search mystery boxes for hidden clues that help solve a puzzle. Trail sheets are collected from the Cavendish Shop, the trail is open daily from 9am to 4pm, and the route is suitable for wheelchairs and pushchairs, with dogs welcome on leads.
