Engagement Trolley

A weekly Friday drop-in where the museum's Learning team shares facts and stories about the collections with hands-on objects, demonstrations and quick craft activities.

Every Friday afternoon the Engagement team sets up a trolley in the Grand Gallery, taking a different theme each week. Visitors can get hands on with favourite objects from the collections, hear surprising stories, watch a practical demonstration or try a quick craft activity. Each session lasts around 10–15 minutes and is designed for drop-in visitors.
