Sexual & Third-Party Harassment HR Workshop
About
A two-hour practical HR workshop helping small businesses understand and implement 'all reasonable steps' to prevent sexual and third-party harassment.
Precision HR returns to Mercedes-Benz of Carlisle for a two-hour workshop on employers' new duties around sexual harassment, which take effect from 30 October 2026 and extend liability to harassment by third parties such as customers and contractors. The session covers recognising harassment, identifying workplace risks, briefing visitors and subcontractors, reviewing policies and record-keeping, with real examples and discussion. Attendees complete a harassment risk assessment for their own organisation during the session and receive a free template to take away. It is aimed at business owners, employers, managers and anyone responsible for HR.
