HR Training - Supporting Employees Experiencing Domestic Abuse

A four-hour in-person training session for HR professionals and managers on supporting employees experiencing domestic abuse.

The Wish Centre runs this practical in-person session for HR professionals, managers and workplace leaders on supporting employees who may be experiencing domestic abuse. The programme covers the 4 Rs — Recognise, Respond, Record and Refer — including signs to look out for, responding safely to disclosures, appropriate recording with confidentiality in mind, and signposting to specialist services. No previous knowledge is required, and breakfast and refreshments are included.
