TUPE Made Practical

A three-hour in-person training workshop giving HR professionals practical guidance on managing TUPE transfers, from consultation to post-transfer issues.

This half-day workshop from ViewHR breaks TUPE down into five practical modules: when the regulations apply, information and consultation duties for both transferor and transferee, protections around terms and conditions, planning and implementing transfers, and post-transfer matters such as employee objections, pensions and redundancy risks. Sessions include case study exercises and group discussion, and run for three hours at View HR Limited in Ringwood.
