About
A monthly volunteer-run repair cafe where people bring broken items to be mended with help from skilled volunteers.
The Chiswick Repair Cafe is a voluntary community initiative aimed at reducing waste and sharing repair skills. Visitors bring broken or worn items — from small electronics and laptops to bikes, jewellery, ceramics and clothing — and volunteer repairers help mend them, teach repair skills or advise on what can be done. The session runs 10:30am to 1pm with last orders at 12:30pm, and refreshments are available. Visitors pay for any necessary parts and are invited to donate towards running costs.
