Yoga In The Dark Festive Session

A festive candlelit wellness evening at St Bride's Church combining facial massage, gentle vinyasa yoga, meditation and a glass of fizz.

Yoga In The Dark hosts a festive pop-up wellness evening in the candlelit setting of St Bride's Church in Glasgow's West End. From 7pm to 8.30pm, Clare of Only Human UK leads a skin ritual facial massage with acupressure and gua sha, followed by a gentle vinyasa yoga and guided meditation session with Scarlett of Cat Cow Energy. From 8.30pm to 10pm attendees can socialise over prosecco or Nosecco. All equipment is provided and everyone is welcome.
