Ayrshire Gals Group hosts an evening of candlelit yoga at Folia in Ayr, guided by Joanna through a gentle yoga flow designed to relax participants into the weekend. Afterwards attendees enjoy a mug of hot chocolate. The session runs three and a half hours, is open to ages 18+, and is suitable for all abilities, with doors opening at 4:20 PM.
