About
A monthly drop-in opens Pontefract Museum’s Reference Room for adults to browse photographs, drawings, newspaper clippings and other local-history material.
Visitors can explore a different monthly theme with museum volunteers. The published sessions are 21 October 2026 (local authors and writers), 18 November and 16 December (themes to be confirmed), each 11:00–15:00. The sessions are free and do not require booking.
