About

Singer-songwriters Chris While and Julie Matthews perform together, drawing on their long-running musical partnership, folk-roots songs and close stage harmonies.

Chris While and Julie Matthews have worked together for more than 30 years. They are one of the finest and most loved duos on the British and World folk/roots stages. Their songs address themes including injustice, freedom and personal relationships. The performance features Chris While on vocals, guitar, banjo, dulcimer, bodhrán and percussion, and Julie Matthews on vocals, piano, guitar, mandolin and bouzouki.
