Cups of Comfort

A women-only grief support evening for ages 18-55 offering gentle conversation, reflection and shared humanity over a warm drink.

Cups of Comfort is a calm, women-only gathering hosted by B.L.O.O.M by SMA for women aged 18-55 experiencing any kind of loss, from bereavement to the end of a relationship or a changed sense of self. The one-hour session includes a guided opening, optional sharing with no pressure to speak, and reflective prompts in a safe, private space. It is explicitly not a therapy group but a community space for those not ready for therapy who need somewhere to exhale. A warm drink is available to purchase on site.
