Celebrate World Pasta Day With a £10 Pasta Making Masterclass!

A one-hour egg pasta-making masterclass at Emilia's Tottenham Court Road restaurant to celebrate World Pasta Day.

Emilia's Crafted Pasta marks World Pasta Day with £10 pasta-making masterclasses at its new Tottenham Court Road restaurant. Over the hour, participants learn to make egg pasta dough, the difference between semolina and 00 flour, rolling with a pasta machine, shaping tagliatelle and farfalle, sauce pairing and reusing pasta scraps. Classes run from 12pm with the last finishing at 8:30pm; all ingredients and equipment are provided, and attendees take their pasta home in a takeaway container. The ticket includes one complimentary drink, and ticket holders can get 50% off food that day.
