This full-day class brings together sweet and savoury recipes from across Italy: pasticciotto from Puglia, Ligurian canestrelli, pane marocco with herbs and olives, twice-baked friselle, and fresh egg tagliatelle rolled and cut by hand for lunch. The course runs 6½ hours and includes lunch.
