Into the Bliss - Breathing & Sounding into Love

An evening of transformational breathwork and vocal sounding guided by Andrew Dunne and Juliet Russell with live violin at The Humble Hub.

Andrew Dunne and Juliet Russell host a 1 hour 45 minute journey combining dynamic three-stage breathwork with collective vocal sounding, accompanied by live violin from Henry Isaac Bristow. Participants are invited to sound and express whatever arises, or simply relax and listen. Doors open at 7:45pm for an 8pm start; attendees are asked to bring water and soft layers.
