Time to Dance®
About
Weekly dementia-friendly dance and movement classes with live music for people living with dementia or memory loss, their families and carers.
Time to Dance is a programme of dance-based classes supporting brain health for people living with dementia or memory loss, together with their families, friends, children, grandchildren, partners and carers. Each session is led by an experienced team of dance health artists and volunteers and accompanied by live music. The first and last half hour is for socialising over drinks and snacks, and a free social cafe runs after the session from 4 to 4.30pm. Participants are advised to wear comfortable clothes with grip socks, bare feet or indoor shoes.
