About
A dance health class series designed to improve balance, spatial awareness, and confidence for older adults with Parkinson's.
The program is led by a highly experienced dance health team and focuses on improving balance, spatial awareness, confidence, and fluidity of movement. Participants are welcome to join seated or standing and can bring friends, partners, or carers. A social time is provided after each class to build community support.
