Scottish Ballet: Regenerate 60+ Ballet

Scottish Ballet runs weekly 60+ ballet classes in two levels, from barre to centre work, in a 9-week block at its Glasgow studios.

Scottish Ballet offers weekly ballet classes for people aged 60+ with at least one year's ballet experience, running as a 9-week block. Regenerate 1 (9.45–10.45am) is a gentler, guided class building ballet technique, co-ordination, strength and balance from barre to centre and travelling exercises. Regenerate 2 (11.15am–12.15pm) is a faster-paced, more challenging class for those with existing ballet experience, focusing on technique, balance and coordination.
