Repair Café

A pop-up repair café where volunteers help fix broken household items, from clothing and electrics to computers, to keep them out of landfill.

Repair Café returns to Ventnor Exchange, offering free repairs of broken household items by volunteers. Visitors bring clothing, electrical goods, small furniture, crockery or devices, and are encouraged to join in the repair to build confidence to do it themselves. Bookers select a free ticket per item with a repair type — general/electrical, textile and crockery, or computer, tablet and phone — and a time slot to match them with available repairers.
