About

Join a practical conservation day at Stover Country Park; all tools are provided and no special skills are needed.

Volunteers help with practical conservation and maintenance work at Stover Country Park. The published volunteer pattern is 10am–4pm, with varied tasks and tools provided; bring lunch and old clothes. The November session is cutting and raking grassland to prepare for spring flowering plants and butterflies. The listed January, February and March sessions have dates but their tasks are to be arranged. New volunteers are welcome.
