Modern Lithuanian Sauna — The Botanist

Sauna Master Arnas leads a contemporary Lithuanian sauna ritual at Sweheat Sauna, with birch whisks, aromas, steam and temperature contrasts.

Sauna Master Arnas presents a modern take on traditional Lithuanian sauna culture in a guided group session at Sweheat Sauna. The evening unfolds in four rounds: a first-steam ritual with whisks and Siberian fir and propolis aromas, a salt and minerals ritual with mineral water, a contrast round with hot whisk compresses, and an optional lighter final round with aromatic hydrolats. Music, natural aromas and temperature contrasts run throughout the two-and-a-half-hour experience.
