Guided Sauna Ritual

A guided 60-minute sauna ritual at Vallis Farm blending herbal steams, traditional leaf whisking and embodiment practices, with optional cool-down swims.

Sauna master and embodiment coach Emilie leads a 60-minute guided sauna session at the outdoor sauna at Vallis Farm, open to both first-timers and experienced sauna users. The ritual combines traditional herbal steams and pirtis (leaf whisking with softened bundles of branches) with modern embodied awareness practices. Participants gather at 7.45pm to settle in before entering the sauna together at 8pm, with optional self-guided swims or pauses to cool down between rounds of steam.
