The Hedonist Sauna

A sensory sauna programme by Sauna Master Arnas combining heat, aromas, salt, honey and whisk rituals at Sweheat Sauna.

A guided sauna ritual led by Sauna Master Arnas, unfolding in four rounds: aromas and fan technique with Siberian fir and mugwort, a salt and minerals ritual with sauna whisks, a honey and whisks round with propolis, and an optional lighter reset round with hydrolats. Heat, scent, sound and touch are combined across the two-and-a-half-hour session, with refreshments served between rounds.
