Authentic Connection Group

A monthly donation-based group practising conscious relating through Authentic Relating games, consent and Circling, open to everyone.

The Authentic Connection Group is an experimental community space for practising conscious relating, meeting monthly on the first Wednesday evening. Sessions use Authentic Relating games inspired by Sara Ness and Authentic Revolution, alongside consent learning and Circling, with roots in practices such as The Noticing Game. Each session is different and begins with a revisit of the group's agreements, such as honouring yourself, staying present and not giving advice. Facilitator Christopher Panks hosts the group in the Art Room, which is wheelchair accessible.
