Vinyasa Flow with Adam – Mondays

A weekly Monday evening vinyasa flow yoga class in the Art Room at The Salisbury Centre, aimed at those already familiar with basic poses.

Adam leads hour-long vinyasa flow sessions set to melodic music, with minimal voice cues and optional chanting. The class assumes familiarity with basic poses and is not suitable for complete beginners; mats are provided but attendees may bring their own. Sessions run on selected Monday evenings through December, with drop-ins welcome space permitting if arriving five minutes early.
