The Eureka! Christmas Experience

A pre-booked family Christmas visit in a separate building, with crafts, refreshments, a family photo and a private Santa moment.

The roughly one-hour experience includes an elf welcome, crafts with Mrs Claus, a hot drink and treat, a family photo, a one-to-one family moment with Santa and a gift per eligible child. Pre-booking is essential; arrive ten minutes early. A child aged 0–12 needs a ticket to visit Santa, receive a gift and take part in activities; at least one full-paying child is required, with up to two adults per paying child. An under-one ticket does not include a gift or festive drink/treat. The page says no museum ticket is needed. Weekend dates 5–6 and 12–13 December are £15 per child and £7.50 per adult, with under-ones free; 19–23 December are £20 per child and £10 per adult, with under-ones free.
