RePlay is a 2.5-hour workshop led by Anna Ray, a Stroud-based life coach, creative facilitator and certified resilience practitioner. Using activities, movement, laughter and the science of play, it aims to help adults rediscover childlike curiosity and joy as a tool for resilience and wellbeing. Participants might make a paper plane, try a game or join a dance party, and leave with a framework for bringing more play into everyday life.
