A free monthly peer-led ADHD support group in Bedford with guest speakers, discussion and social time.
The Bedford ADHD Support Group meets monthly on the third Monday, offering a relaxed, friendly space for people with or without a formal ADHD diagnosis. Each session features a guest speaker such as a psychologist, ADHD coach or lived-experience speaker, alongside opportunities to share experiences and learn practical strategies. The evening runs 7–9pm and includes refreshments, with occasional walks, creative sessions and seasonal socials.
