A free monthly coffee morning offering a relaxed, informal space for adults, families, parents and carers affected by ADHD to connect and chat.
This informal meet-up at Coffee with Art offers a calm, low-key space to unwind, chat and share experiences over coffee, complementing the organiser's main monthly ADHD Support Group. It runs on the first Thursday of each month from 10am to 11am and is open to adults, families, parents and carers, with no diagnosis required. Attendance is free, with attendees simply buying their own drink.
