About
A relaxed, informal peer support meet-up for adults (18+) with ADHD, with no diagnosis required to attend.
Reading ADHD Group hosts in-person peer support meet-ups for adults aged 18 and over with ADHD, running since early 2024. Sessions are informal: attendees can optionally introduce themselves before the conversation settles into a supportive group discussion. No diagnosis is needed, there is no pressure to speak, and people join from Reading and the wider area at all stages of their ADHD journey.
