Huw Montague Rendall & Carrie-Ann Matheson

Baritone Huw Montague Rendall and pianist Carrie-Ann Matheson give a recital of songs about travel and love ahead of their appearances at the Wiener Konzerthaus and Carnegie Hall. The programme includes Vaughan Williams's Songs of Travel, Jonathan Dove's Three Love Songs with words by David Rendall, Schönberg's Vier Lieder Op.2 and Mahler's Lieder eines fahrenden Gesellen. The concert forms part of Garsington Opera's series in association with Wigmore Hall, and an optional two-course buffet supper is served in the café afterwards.
