Workplace Mediation Training

A three-hour in-person workshop teaching practical workplace mediation and conflict-resolution skills, delivered by an accredited mediator.

This three-hour session, delivered by an accredited mediator, introduces the core principles and techniques of workplace mediation and informal conflict resolution. Aimed at managers, HR professionals, team leaders and anyone responsible for workplace relationships, topics include recognising early signs of conflict, understanding conflict behaviours and triggers, active listening and questioning skills, managing challenging conversations, the stages of workplace mediation and creating psychologically safer conversations. It takes place in person at Morgan LaRoche Solicitors in Bon-y-maen, Swansea.
