Bring Your Baby Guided London Walk: Women in the City of London
About
A buggy-friendly guided walk through the City of London exploring women's history, designed for parents and carers of babies.
This three-hour guided walk, written and led by City of London guide Sue Doe, traces women's history from St Botolph-without-Bishopsgate to St Paul's Cathedral. Stops include sites linked to Mary Wollstonecraft, Emilia Lanier, Eleanor Coade, Moll Cutpurse, Elizabeth Cresswell and City suffragettes, plus the Bank of England and the first female stockbroker. The walk is step-free and buggy-friendly, with an hour-long halfway stop at the Royal Exchange for baby changing, feeding and lunch. Every adult attending needs a ticket, and friends and family without babies are welcome.
