Music Classes: Platform Singers

A relaxed weekly adult choir at Platform led by opera singer Rachel Hynes, meeting Friday afternoons with an optional social chat before singing.

Platform Singers is a relaxed, informal choir for adults of all ages and abilities, with no previous experience required. Each Friday session opens with an optional social catch-up and chat from 2.30pm for around 30 minutes, after which the singing begins, running until 4pm. The group is led by professional opera singer Rachel Hynes and takes place in a private space within the building. Singing is promoted as helping with breathing techniques, posture, stress levels and general wellbeing.
