Beginners Course - November, 8 sessions

An eight-session beginners' Capoeira course teaching basic movements and techniques over four weeks.

This course is designed for complete beginners new to Capoeira or to the London School of Capoeira. Across eight one-hour sessions on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, participants learn basic Capoeira movements and techniques while improving fitness, coordination and confidence. Completing the course makes participants eligible to join the school's regular classes; comfortable tracksuit trousers and a T-shirt are required, and shorts are not permitted.
