Saturday Session 08:45-10:00am @ Barking Park Run

GoodGym volunteers help marshal the free weekly Barking parkrun, cheering and keeping safe the hundreds of local residents taking part.

GoodGym Barking and Dagenham is organising a volunteering session supporting Barking parkrun, a free 5k community run held every Saturday morning. Volunteers arrive at 8:45am on the grass between the tennis courts and the cafe for a briefing with the Run Director, then help set up, cheer on runners and walkers, and keep participants safe during the 9am-10am event. Afterwards there is free coffee and a pastry at Lakeview Cafe & Kitchen in Barking Park. No experience is needed; participants must be 18 or over.
