Plotober half term family trail

A family trail turns the 1605 Gunpowder Plot into outdoor games and challenges around Lyveden.

The trail takes visitors back to 1605 through activities that put them in the plotters’ shoes, including an obstacle course and beanbag-throw challenge. Most of the route is outdoors. The event has no separate charge for National Trust members and under-fives; for others it is included in ordinary property admission.
