Yoga Adjustments Workshop for Yoga Teachers

A practical hands-on yoga adjustments workshop for teachers and trainees led by Sandra Paternostro at Light Centre Monument.

This afternoon workshop for yoga teachers and teachers in training focuses on hands-on adjusting skills and the judgement of when and how to assist. Led by senior teacher and trainer Sandra Paternostro, participants explore standing, seated and inverted postures through demonstrations, paired practice and individual feedback. The ticket includes lifetime access to a short online pre-course, and a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education certificate on completion.
