A Festive Yoga Nidra Spa Afternoon

A festive spa afternoon at The Alfriston with 90 minutes of spa access, a guided Yoga Nidra session and mulled wine and mince pies.

This December afternoon offers a counterpoint to the festive rush, beginning with an hour and a half of spa access from 2:30pm to 4pm. Guests then move to the Sussex Suite for a guided Yoga Nidra session from 4:30pm to 5:15pm, described as deep, restorative rest. The afternoon closes with mulled wine and mince pies. The event is currently sold out.
